Nike and Off-White renew their collaboration and unveil one of their most limited pairs of sneakers. The two brands are uniting again to revisit the mythical silhouette of the Nike Air Force 1 after the popular AF1 Off-White Black already released previously. The model was first revealed on social media by Virgil Abloh, after he customized one for Serena Williams, before being officially announced by Nike.
Exclusively available at the Chicago Museum of Contemporary Art which is devoting a retrospective to the work of Virgil Abloh, via raffle on the Em pty Gallery website and on the official Off-White website, this ultra rare model is available now on Wethenew! In this University Blue version, the Nike Air Force 1 Low Off-White consists of a Light Blue base. The upper mixes box leather with a stitched silver gray swoosh that contrasts with the color of the pair. We find the branding specific to the Off-White collaborations as well as the zip-tie and the red rectangle. Virgil Abloh’s signature inscriptions are also present in white on the side of the pair. A pair here revisited in a colorful version for a summer under the sign of sneakers!
