Shipping Duration – What to Expect:

At Cartisphere, we understand that timely delivery is crucial. We utilize USPS/EMS/DHL for all standard shipping, ensuring your package arrives within approximately 6-10 business days. Rest assured, your tracking number will be automatically sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order confirmation email to generate. Kindly note that our Cartisphere shipping facility operates during business days, and weekends are not included in processing times.

Post-Order Expectations:

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process it. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped and is en route to you. If applicable, you can expect to receive your tracking ID within 3-4 business days after dispatch.

Understanding Your Cartisphere Confirmation Number:

Following your purchase, we’ll send you a confirmation email to the address provided, complete with an order/invoice number. This unique reference number is your go-to identifier for inquiries about your order. Should you require a return/exchange or have any order-related questions, kindly provide your name and order number to our dedicated customer support team.

Return and Exchange Policy:

At Cartisphere, we offer a flexible return/exchange policy within 30 days of your item’s delivery date. To initiate a return/exchange, an authorization form is necessary. For this form and further assistance, please submit a dispute to our customer support team. Please allow up to 5 business days after processing your exchange for your item(s) to ship (some exclusions apply for items on backorder). All refunds will be issued in the form of in-store credits for future purchases.

International Customers and Import Tax:

We’re experienced in delivering orders globally and well-versed in customs policies. The great news is that we successfully avoid taxes or confiscation in approximately 90% of cases. In instances where an item incurs tax (average of about $30 USD), simply send us the paid invoice, and we’ll reimburse you with half the amount in-store credits. If your order faces confiscation, Cartisphere will provide you with an identical replacement order for free!

Packages from our warehouse in Hong Kong are shipped using reliable carriers such as EMS/DHL/UPS/FedEx, depending on product weight, size, and shipping options.

Worldwide Shipping:

Yes, we proudly offer worldwide shipping, serving over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. Should you be located in one of these countries, rest assured, we’ll reach out to you.

Tracking Information and Updates:

Expect an email notification once your order ships, containing your tracking information. For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in their systems. Please note that for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping was specified.
